Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

All sales are final. Because The Sweetest Spin products include random and limited-availability items, orders are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds except where required by law.

Spin orders are random by design and cannot be replicated exactly. Item mixes, shades, and styles vary by gumball color outcome and availability.

If your order arrives damaged or materially incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review.

Shipping Policy

We work hard to get your order ready quickly. Orders typically ship within 2-3 business days after purchase. Once your package is on the way, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow it.

Shipping is a flat $12.99 for orders under $100.00 and free for orders at $100.00 or more (before taxes).

At this time, we ship within the United States only. Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout so your order arrives without delay. Transit times are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed by The Sweetest Spin.

Product photos are representative examples. Due to the random nature of Spins and vendor variation, exact items, styles, shades, and packaging may vary by order and availability.

Inventory, pricing, shipping fees, taxes, and final payment terms are shown at checkout. Payment processing is provided by Square. An order is not confirmed until payment is successfully processed.

Safety Notice

Orders may include small parts. Products are not intended for children under 3 years of age and may present a choking hazard. Adult supervision is recommended for younger users.

Reviews & User Content

By submitting a review, you confirm your content is truthful and does not violate third-party rights. You grant The Sweetest Spin LLC permission to display, moderate, and publish your review content on our storefront.

Reviews may be edited for length, clarity, and policy compliance, and may be removed at our discretion.

Privacy & Data Use

Checkout and payment processing are handled by Square. The Sweetest Spin receives order information required to fulfill purchases and provide support. We do not sell personal information.

Review submissions and support emails may include personal information you provide voluntarily. Please avoid including sensitive personal data in public reviews.
